Puppy in our Garden

Early in the morning, My Husband shouts from out saying, hey come here, look at this who is hiding in between this plant.

I rushed outside in between a bushy plant there hides a cute off white puppy. I was all excited looking at it, as i love dogs. My Hubby didnt bother to take him out from there. My daughter came behind me and she was as excites as i was. My Husband started screaming not to touch.

I asked him he look cute and nice , and we will keep the puppy. He said no. I just couldn't help. By then i had left the pup on floor. He could not walk as he was handicapped.

I did not want to let him go but my hubby started screaming and wanted to throw him out. He had a point as my daughter was around and he was scared if he had some disease and she would get infected.

With a heavy heart i managed to put him out of the gate. Sad he was screaming with pain. Animals cant speak out. It was really a touching scene where he was suffering so much with pain. My Hubby wanted me to throw him somewhere far from home. which i didn't want to . I managed to leave him close to the house without knowing my husband. And even managed to give him milk and food. would often go and see if he was alright. Late in the evening my Hubby also knew that he was in front of the house itself, and i think he was also touched by the way he was suffering. but he went on telling he will die by tomorrow morning. Tears rolled out of my eyes , but i was helpless.

Next day morning by the time i woke up the first thing i went and saw the puppy. He was not there, But my maid told me she saw him in front of the gate morning. I dont no if he had died or somebody had taken him and gone. I just wish he lives a longer life without pain in some good house.

I sat and thought how i could have helped him. I could have called CUPA. Wat a sad life.
